As always I've been entertained by the best-of-the-year and best-of-the-decade lists that have been rolling out over the past six weeks or so. I'm not going to make a list of films or music, having consumed such a small portion of either of them. But television is a different story. In my tags list, I have 14 tags that refer to specific "canons." Of those, 5 are reality shows, one is a book series, and the other 8 are scripted television shows. I'm going to talk now about a summer in which many of them ended, and others ended for me.

Oh my yes I'm premenstrual. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition starts at 8pm and I started to tear up at 8:05pm. However, Ty still gets on my last nerve.

for I saw the Finn Brothers this evening in Central Park!

It was as you would expect: lots of Split Enz, Finn Brothers, and Woodface songs. Everyone sang "Four Seasons in One Day", and they opened with "Weather With You".
